The Open/Career Day is an event by which the University of Guyana showcases its products and services and partners with both public and private sector entities, locally and internationally, to articulate the link between the programmes offered by the University and the possible career opportunities they support.
The UG Open/Career Day is open for all stakeholders to attend including current, prospective and past students. It is a public event.
No, you do not. This event is FREE to all who wish to attend.
You can visit the Open/Career Day between 9am and 5pm on June 11 & 12, 2021 for a live virtual experience. It begins with a brief opening ceremony in the virtual auditorium on June 11 at 10:00hrs. Thereafter various activities will be hosted in the said auditorium. If you have missed any activity here you can be assured that the recorded item will be available for you to access.
The Open/Career Day is a virtual event and will be held on vFairs virtual platform. After registering for the event you may gain access via the link provided.
Registration is important since it helps us to understand your needs and interests so we may further align our offerings with these.
